Brent has been a teacher for fourteen years with stints at Salem Middle School and Greenfield McClain. He is currently the Dean of Students at Wheelersburg Middle School. His wife Natalie is a kindergarten teacher. They have been married for more than nine years and are the proud parents of one son, Finn Michael-John Eaton who enjoys music, dance and anything revolving around Bubble Guppies.
His brother Jon is a former Dancing With Our Stars contestant and took home the People’s Choice Award and was second runner-up for the Mirror Ball Trophy with nearly $12,000 to support the Red Cross in 2014.
In his spare time Brent enjoys music, golf, non-fiction books, family time and long walks on the beach.
He has participated in musicals and choir ensemble competitions and enjoys singing. He has sung in numerous weddings and made star debuts in several karaoke bars. In college he was involved in a dance ensemble and had the role of Patrick Swayze. Unfortunately with time and loss of muscle tone, he says he can no longer perform the lift!
Brent has seen how schools have participated with the Red Cross for many philanthropic reasons. "The partnership has become an integral part of giving back to our local communities, which teaches our children the true meaning of compassion. From all the members of our local schools, we want to say thank you for your continued voluntary service", said Brent.
Brent would like to extend a special thanks to his sister-in-law Amanda Eaton and all of his family for agreeing to help him through this dancing experience. He is dancing with his brother’s 2014 partner, Dianne Coriell and together they plan to be at the top of the leader board for the coveted Fundraising Mirror Ball Trophy.
